I enjoyed my stay at The Burgess Hotel, as the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, enhancing my overall experience. The bar area had a cozy vibe that was perfect for unwinding, although some of the appetizers were hit or miss. My room was spacious and clean, but the lighting could have been improved. Overall, I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel for its pleasant atmosphere and good service.

I had an unexpectedly wonderful stay at The Burgess Hotel. The charming, newly renovated rooms were stunning and had a cozy feel that made me feel right at home. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which made my experience even better. However, I did have some concerns about noise and privacy in my room, which detracted slightly from my experience. Overall, it was a good retreat! 😊

I had a mixed experience during my stay at The Burgess Hotel. The renovated room was beautiful and very clean, which I really appreciated. However, the ongoing construction created quite a disturbance, making it uncomfortable at times. Despite this, the staff were friendly and eager to assist, which made a positive difference.

My room was newly renovated and stylish, but the thin walls made it hard to enjoy complete privacy. I could hear the hustle of traffic from outside and conversations from neighboring rooms.

Despite the renovations, the facilities still functioned well, including the shuttle service and housekeeping. It was nice to have a clean and updated room, although the construction impacted access to some amenities.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at The Burgess Hotel, the location is perfect, especially for heading to nearby events. The unique decor and eclectic ambience make it a charming spot, while the restaurant, FIA, truly stole the show with its good Mediterranean dishes. However, I faced some challenges with lighting in the room and a barn-style door that lacked privacy, which was a bit disappointing.
